Job Description:

  • Handling end to end recruitment process.
  • Supporting in employee Training & Development.
  • Handling & Managing recruitment platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology (with good GPA).
  • Understand every details in recruitment process, rules & standards.
  • Familiar with HR databases, and Candidate Management Systems.
  • Strong negotiation skill.
  • Works well under pressure and has strong drive to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Good analytical thinking, communication skill and attention to details.
